The Eaton Rapids Youth Basketball Alliance (ERYBA) is an amateur youth basketball Non-Profit located in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Our organization was formed for charitable and educational purposes.  ERYBA was organized to allow boys & girls from 3rd through 8th grade living within Eaton Rapids, Michigan, as well as surrounding area, the opportunity to learn and participate in an organized form of basketball. It is the goal of the Eaton Rapids Youth Basketball Alliance to provide these children the opportunity to grow and learn teamwork and sportsmanship through athletics. We will provide the training necessary to prepare these youth for those challenges as well as build confidence and positive attitudes while having fun, making friends and partaking in a sport that they choose to play. The emphasis of the ERYBA will be to learn the game of basketball, exercise, make friends and participate in team-oriented athletics.  We hope our players will not only perform well in basketball, but also in life.

Refund Policy

1.If we cannot place your child on a team after tryouts, we will issue a 100% refund.

2.If after placing your child on a team and after the first week’s practices and prior to the second week of practices begin. Notification must be in writing by Monday of the 2nd week. If your child chooses to or cannot participate for unforeseen reasons, we will issue a 100% refund.

3.If after the above time lines have passed and prior to the 3rd week of practices begin. if your child chooses not to or cannot participate for any unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a 50% refund. Notification must be in writing by Monday of the 3rd week.

In order to be considered for a full or partial refund with outline above #2 or #3 circumstances you must notify us in writing at ERYBAinfo@gmail.com within the timeline outlined above.

Additionally, any uniforms or equipment issued to you child must be returned in good usable condition to before for a full or partial refund will be issued. The Eaton Rapids Youth Basketball reserves the right to reasonably adjust refund amounts due to the condition of any returned or non-returned uniform or equipment.

If after all the above time lines have passed, no refunds will be issued.

If we are faced with a weather event, we will do our best to schedule makeup games, but no refunds will be given.

Please note refunds can take a few days to process.

COVID Refunds

In order to establish COVID refunds that are fair to all concerned, we have to consider as the youth season gets up and running there are many costs on the part of ERYBA that become nonrefundable.

These guidelines are not for isolated cancellations at various communities. The following guidelines also assume you have already paid in full.

1. In the event there is a full season cancellation prior to schedules being published, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of payments made to ERYBA.
2. If the schedules for you grade level have been published, you would be entitled to a 75% refund of payments you have made to ERYBA.
3. In the event that your group progress to ½ way through their season, you will be entitled to a 25% refund of payments made to ERYBA.
4. For any other cancellations we cannot guarantee any refunds.
